Kenneth Briggs Jr., 26, of Portland, domestic violence terrorizing in Belfast Jan. 20, 60 days in jail; violating a protection from abuse order in Belfast Jan. 21. 60 days in jail.
Emily R. Gillotti, 20, of Frankfort, unlawful trafficking in scheduled drugs in Stockton Springs July 30, 2013, 15 months in prison and probation partially revoked.
Jeremy C. Handley, 29, of Waterville, theft by unauthorized taking or transfer in Unity Oct. 1, 21 days in jail; violating condition of release in Unity Oct. 1, 21 days in jail; burglary in Unity Oct. 1, dismissed.
Brian W. Knight, 41, of Freedom, tampering with a witness, informant, juror, or victim in Freedom April 15, 2014, six years in prison with all but 14 months suspended and three years of probation; domestic violence terrorizing in Freedom April 15, 2014, 12 months in prison; violating condition of release in Freedom April 15, 2014, six months in jail; cultivating marijuana in Freedom April 15, 2014, 11 months in prison.
David Littlefield, 33, of Brooks, failure to comply with sex offender registry act in Belfast Oct. 30, three years in prison with all suspended and two years of probation.
Shawn L. Merrill, 45, of Belfast, assault in Belfast Oct. 21, 15 days in jail and $300 fine; aggravated assault in Belfast Oct. 21, dismissed; operating a vehicle without a license/ beyond restriction in Belfast Oct. 21, dismissed.
James A. Moody, 32, of Searsport, unlawful possession of a scheduled drug in Searsport Sept. 23, three years in prison with all but three months suspended, two years of probation and $400 fine.
Tess Morrison, 23, of Belfast, unlawful trafficking in scheduled drugs in Belfast March 26, 2014, dismissed.
