Waldo County Superior Court closed cases
BELFAST — The following cases were closed in Waldo County Superior Court Feb. 2-9.
Candice Elwell, 37, of Belfast, criminal threatening with a dangerous weapon in Belfast July 21, dismissed.
Michael Gagnon, 47, of Winslow, gross sexual assault in Waldo April 4, dismissed.
Miranda M. Kelly, 28, of Lincolnville, theft by unauthorized taking or transfer in Lincolnville July 31, six months in jail with all suspended, one year of probation and $35.16 restitution; violating conditions of release in Lincolnville July 31, dismissed.
Tyler D. Malmstrom, 24, of Lincolnville Center, escape in Belfast July 10, nine months in jail.
Angela M. Patterson, 37, of Brooks, unlawful trafficking in scheduled drugs in Brooks Jan. 7, three years in prison with all suspended, two years of probation and $400 fine; unlawful trafficking in scheduled drugs in Brooks Nov. 18, 2013, three years in prison with all suspended, two years of probation and $400 fine.
Scott Roberts, 35, of Glenburn, criminal trespass in Winterport Sept. 21, six months in jail; tampering with a witness, victim or informant in Winterport Sept. 21, six months in jail; theft by unauthorized taking or transfer in Winterport Sept. 21, four years in prison with all but 15 months suspended, two years of probation and $1,000 restitution; robbery in Winterport Sept. 21, dismissed; theft by unauthorized taking or transfer in Winterport Sept. 21, dismissed.
Stephen Smith, 27, of Unity, violating a protective order in Unity Oct. 27, 30 days in jail; tampering with a victim, witness or informant in Unity Oct. 27, six months in jail; violating conditions of release in Unity Oct. 27, 30 days in jail; obstructing the report of a crime in Brooks Sept. 27, seven days in jail; domestic violence assault in Unity Sept. 27, three years in prison with all but nine months suspended and two years of probation.
