Waldo County Sheriff’s beat
BELFAST — The Waldo County Sheriff’s Department reported the following activity Sept. 30 - Oct. 10.
An arrest or summons does not constitute a conviction, and those charged are considered innocent unless proven guilty in a court of law. Juveniles aged 17-or-younger are not named.
Sept. 30
Shara L. Smith, 33, of Brooks, was issued a summons for operating an unregistered vehicle on Pond Road in Burnham.
Oct. 3
Eric Gould, 36, of Freedom, was issued a summons for criminal trespass on Jackson Road in Monroe, stemming from an Aug. 13 incident. Gould was also issued summonses for attaching false plates, and violating a condition of release on Veterans Highway in Brooks. Gould was also issued summonses Oct. 2, for attaching false plates and violating a condition of release on Veterans Highway in Brooks.
Oct. 9
Maria E. Connors, of 35, of Searsport, was issued a summons for possession of a schedule W drug (fentanyl) on Cross Lane in Stockton Springs.
