BELFAST — The Waldo County Sheriff’s Department reported the following activity June 27 - July 19.
An arrest or summons does not constitute a conviction, and those charged are considered innocent unless proven guilty in a court of law. Juveniles aged 17-or-younger are not named.
June 27
Matthew McIver, 36, of Monroe, was issued summonses for theft by unauthorized taking and violation of bail on Valley Road in Brooks.
July 3
Tiffany Ames, 51, of Lincolnville, was issued a summons for theft by unauthorized taking or transfer in Lincolnville.
July 5
Kersten E. Lonc, 46, of Brooks, was arrested for refusing to submit to arrest or detention and possession of a schedule W drug on Bailey Road in Knox.
July 9
Noah Hall, 41, of Thorndike, was arrested for furnishing liquor to minors and unlawful sexual contact on Gordon Hill in Thorndike, stemming from an incident May 6.
June 11
Kim W. Peak, 63, of Waldo, was issued a summons for attaching false plates on Waldo Station Road in Waldo.
July 13
Tyler W. Hudson, 32, of Vassalboro, was arrested for violating a protection order in Montville.
Ryan Hast, 35, of Morrill, was arrested for forgery and theft by deception in Swanville, stemming from an incident July 1.
July 14
Christopher D. Daley, 39, of Searsport, was arrested for two counts of domestic violence criminal mischief, domestic violence assault, domestic violence assault, on Loop Road in Searsport.
Hector J.R. Bohan, 33, of Belfast, was arrested for domestic violence terrorizing, two counts of domestic violence criminal mischief, unlawful possession of schedule W drugs, and violating a condition of release on Ward Road in Prospect.
Clancy Scott, 22, of Garland, was issued a summons for furnishing liquor to minors on Route 1A in Winterport.
