BELFAST — The Waldo County Sheriff’s Department reported the following activity June 30 - July 10.
An arrest or summons does not constitute a conviction, and those charged are considered innocent unless proven guilty in a court of law. Juveniles aged 17-or-younger are not named.
June 30
Raymond Porter, 42, of Belmont, was arrested for violating a protection from harassment order on Lincolnville Road in Belmont.
July 2
Meagan LaPointe, 33, of Winterport, was issued a summons for theft by unauthorized taking or transfer on Swan Lake Ave. in Swanville.
July 3
Melford Harvey, 33, of Knox, was issued a summons for operating after suspension on Valley Road in Brooks.
Jamie M. Freeman, 37, of Brooks, was issued summonses for operating after suspension and possession of a schedule W drug on Lang Hill Highway in Brooks.
Tanya M. Hartman, 48, of Searsport, was issued a summons for unauthorized use of property on McKay Road in Lincolnville.
July 4
Nicholas Hart, 37, was arrested for criminal trespass, domestic violence, and refusing to submit to arrest or suspension on Bangor Road in Prospect.
July 5
Gerald Davidson Jr., 49, of Montville, was issued summonses for disorderly conduct and criminal mischief on Waterville Road in Unity.
July 8
Sawyer Hewson, 20, was arrested for violating a condition of release in Liberty.
