BELFAST — The Waldo County Sheriff’s Department reported the following activity June 20 - July 1.
An arrest or summons does not constitute a conviction, and those charged are considered innocent unless proven guilty in a court of law. Juveniles aged 17-or-younger are not named.
June 20
Mary Jane Draper, 19, of Lewes, Delaware, was issued summonses for theft, criminal mischief, and burglary on School Street in Brooks.
Cole Pinkerton, 21, of Brooks, was issued summonses for theft, violating a condition of release, and burglary on School Street in Brooks.
June 24
Michael Ripley, 32, of Belfast, was issued summonses for violating a condition of release and refusing to submit to arrest or detention on Piper Stream Lane in Belfast.
June 27
Mary A. Connor, 25, of Unity, was issued a summons for operating with suspended registration on Knox Ridge Road in Knox.
Amanda Thomas, 36, of Knox, was issued summonses for operating after revocation and failure to give correct name on Knox Ridge Road in Knox.
July 1
Deborah Norris, 64, of Winterport, was arrested for criminal threatening with a dangerous weapon and assault at Sea Breeze Lane in Winterport.
