BELFAST — The Waldo County Sheriff’s Department reported the following activity June 15-30.
An arrest or summons does not constitute a conviction, and those charged are considered innocent unless proven guilty in a court of law. Juveniles aged 17-or-younger are not named.
June 15
Julie M. Gagnon, 36, of Liberty, was issued a summons for operating after suspension on Route 3 in Liberty.
June 16
Dillon Heiser, 32, was arrested for aggravated criminal mischief on Atlantic Highway in Northport.
June 17
Kevin Herd, 55, of Liberty, was arrested for criminal threatening with a dangerous weapon in Liberty.
June 19
Tyler R. Ellsworth, 24, of Belfast, was arrested for trafficking in prison contraband on Public Safety Way in Belfast.
June 20
Jesse J. Clement, 39, of Waterville, was issued summonses for criminal mischief, criminal trespass, and theft on N. Horseback Road in Burnham.
Christopher M. Carlow, 36, of Unity, was issued a summons for theft on Plaza Drive in Unity.
Mary Jane Draper, 19, of Lewes, Delaware, was issued summonses for theft, criminal mischief, and burglary on School Street in Brooks.
Cole Pinkerton, 21, of Brooks, was issued summonses for theft, violating a condition of release, and burglary on School Street in Brooks.
June 23
Timothy J. Samway, 82, of Northport, was issued summonses for assault and unlawful sexual contact on Shore Road in Northport, stemming from an incident Nov. 11.
June 27
Derek J. DiGregorio, 39, of Winchester, Massachusetts, was issued a summons for criminal speed on Route 3 in Liberty.
