BELFAST The Waldo County Sheriff’s Department reported the following activity May 29 - June 15.
An arrest or summons does not constitute a conviction, and those charged are considered innocent unless proven guilty in a court of law. Juveniles aged 17-or-younger are not named.
May 29
Michael J. Frisbie Jr., 31, of Stockton Springs, was issued summonses for violating a condition of release and two counts of domestic violence assault, and criminal threatening with a dangerous weapon on Sylvan Street in Stockton Springs.
June 1
Hunter Maresh, 19, of Bangor, was arrested for criminal threatening with a dangerous weapon and violating a condition of release on Spring Hill Road in Montville.
June 3
Marissa M. Melton, 31, of Swanville, was issued summonses for theft by unauthorized taking or transfer, violating a condition of release, and aggravated criminal mischief on Lebanon Road in Winterport.
June 7
Heather A. Thompson, 39, of Waldo, was issued a summons for operating without a license on Main Street in Lincolnville.
Mary E. Fitts, 73, of Monroe, was issued a summons for operating after suspension on W. Main Street in Monroe.
June 11
Elizabeth Rice, 29, of Swanville, was arrested for operating after suspension and operating under the influence on Mt. Ephraim Road in Searsport. Rice was also issued a summons for operating without a license (in violation of conditions/restrictions.)
