Christopher Coyle, 54, of Lincolnville, operating after habitual offender revocation in Lincolnville Nov. 12, 2012, eight months in jail and $1,000 fine; attaching false plates in Lincolnville, Nov. 12, 2012, 30 days in jail.

Jonathan C. Curit, 32, of Unity, operating after habitual offender revocation in Unity Feb. 1, 60 days in jail and $1,000 fine.

Constance M. Ethier, 44, of Searsport, domestic violence assault in Belfast June 19, 364 days in jail with all but 60 days suspended and one year of probation.

Daniel Green, 27, of Waterville, burglary in Unity March 5, one year in prison; robbery in Unity March 5, five years in prison and $1,150 restitution.

James A. William G. Mattingly, 31, of Troy, burglary in Troy, June 10, 2009, three years in prison with all but nine months suspended, three years of probation and $7,603 restitution; theft by unauthorized taking or transfer in Troy, July 28, dismissed.

Jonathan Miller, 25, of Belfast, aggravated assault in Belfast April 22, three years in prison will all but six months suspended and two years of probation.
