Jamie M. Freeman, 31, of Brooks, unlawful possession of a scheduled drug in Brooks June 29, 2016, $400 fine; unlawful furnishing of a scheduled drug in Brooks June 15, 2016, dismissed; violating conditions of release in Brooks June 29, 2016, dismissed.  

Bethany Dyer, 48, of Hope, stealing drugs in Lincolnville April 7, 2016, $400 fine.

Stephanie Wade, 48, of New York, N.Y., operating under the influence in Belfast Sept. 3, 2016, dismissed.

Justin R. Raschack, 29, of Belfast, motor vehicle speeding 30+ mph over speed limit in Belmont Feb. 4, $500 fine; driving to endanger in Palermo Feb. 3, dismissed; failure to register vehicle in Unity Feb. 7, dismissed; driving to endanger in Belfast Feb. 7, dismissed; violating conditions of release in Belfast June 24, 48 hours in jail.

Victoria A. Burns, 30, of Appleton, operating while license suspended or revoked in Searsmont June 27, $500 fine; violating condition of release in Searsmont June 27, $150 fine.

Matthew K. Anglin De Los Casto, 44, of Searsport, domestic violence assault in Stockton Springs July 15, dismissed.

Patrick Brann, 36, of Winterport, operating under the influence in Winterport July 29, 72 hours in jail, license suspended for 150 days, and $1,000 fine.

Anthony Hines, 25, of Belfast, operating while license suspended or revoked in Belfast May 18, $500 fine.

Shawna A. Lanpher, 38, of Belfast, operating while license suspended or revoked in Belfast July 13, 2014, dismissed.

Brandon Robillard, 28, of Belfast, domestic violence assault in Morrill Aug. 14, 364 days in jail with all but 55 days suspended and one year of probation; failing to notify of a motor vehicle accident in Morrill Dec. 21, dismissed..
