Cruz, 21, of Bloomfield, Conn., aggravated trafficking of scheduled drugs in Belfast Sept. 12, 2016, eight years in prison with all but four years suspended, four years of probation, and $400 fine; illegal importation of scheduled drugs (two counts) in Belfast Sept. 12, 2016, both dismissed; unlawful trafficking in scheduled drugs in Belfast Sept. 12, 2016, dismissed.

Kylee Gordon, probation violation in Belfast May 29, 2015, 30 days in jail, probation partially revoked and continued.

Jason L. Young, 43, of Swanville, domestic violence assault in Swanville July 1, 55 days in jail; aggravated assault in Swanville July 1, dismissed; domestic violence reckless conduct in Swanville July 1, dismissed; criminal mischief in Swanville July 1, dismissed.

Sean E. Doak, 32, of Portsmouth, Va., fishing without a valid license in Liberty June 10, $100 fine.

Norman A. Stacey, 62, of Jackson, violating conditions of release in Jackson Sept. 2, 48 hours in jail.

Mark C. Whittaker, 56, of Venice, Fla., operating or permitting operation with no identification displayed in Winterport July 12.

Wayne A. Curtis, 29, of Brooks, probation violation in Belfast June 6, 2016, six months in jail, probation partially revoked and continued.

Robert Bresnahan, 67, of Bath, driving to endanger in Searsport June 17, $575 fine and license suspended for 30 days; operating under the influence in Searsport June 17, 2016, dismissed.

Galen M. Biggs, 33, of Freedom, failing to stop, remain, or render aid in Montville Sept. 2, 2016, dismissed; failing to make an oral or written accident report in Montville Sept. 2, 2016, dismissed.
