Devon H. Richards, 23, of Waldo, probation violation in Waldo Nov. 12, 2016, 21 months in prison and probation partially revoked.

Richard Ethier, 69, of Belfast, driving to endanger in Belfast Nov. 25, 2016, license suspended for 30 days and $575 fine; operating under the influence in Belfast Nov. 25, 2016, dismissed.

Devon A. Palmer, 22, of Camden, unlawful trafficking in scheduled drugs in Belfast April 21, 2017, 42 months in prison with all but nine months suspended, one year or probation, and $400 fine.

Samantha R. McLean, 21, of Sidney, failing to make an oral or written accident report in Freedom July 28, $250 fine; operating under the influence in Freedom July 28, dismissed.

Jason P. Trundy, 35, of Winterport, criminal mischief in Winterport Dec. 2, 27 days in jail; aggravated criminal trespass in Winterport Dec. 2, dismissed; domestic violence assault in Winterport Dec. 2, dismissed; disorderly conduct (offensive words/gestures) in Winterport Dec. 2, 27 days in jail.

Joy E. Tyler, 18, of Burnham, reckless conduct in Burnham Jan. 14, $500 fine; domestic violence assault in Burnham Jan. 14, dismissed.
