Alyssa Orestis, 36, of Searsport, operating under the influence in Searsport June 30, 2020, dismissed; endangering the welfare of a child in Searsport June 30, 2020, unconditional discharge; failing to notify of a motor vehicle accident in Searsport June 30, 2020, unconditional discharge; operating a vehicle without a license in Searsport June 30, 2020, unconditional discharge; operating under the influence in Searsport June 30, 2020, license suspended for 150 days and $500 fine. 

Norman A. Stacey, 67, of Jackson, operating under the influence in Belfast June 11, 2020, dismissed; operating under the influence in Belfast June 11, 2020, license suspended for 150 days and $500 fine. 

Jenna R. Lee, 27, of Winterport, domestic violence assault in Winterport Aug. 23, 2020, dismissed; disorderly conduct (offensive words/gestures) in Winterport Aug. 23, 2020, $250 fine. 

Zachary A. Joseph, 30, of Stockton Springs, unlawful trafficking in scheduled drugs in Searsport Sept. 13, 2020, $400 fine. 

Felicia R. Moulton, 33, of Belfast, operating while license suspended or revoked in Prospect July 15, 2020, $250 fine; violating a condition of release in Prospect July 15, 2020, $250 fine; unlawful possession of methamphetamine in Frankfort Oct. 11, 2020, $400 fine; unlawful furnishing of a scheduled drug in Waldo County June 14, 2021, $400 fine.

Gavin D. Cross, 41, of Waldo, domestic violence assault in Swanville Dec. 7, 2020, dismissed; reckless conduct in Swanville Dec. 8, 2020, 142 days in jail; violating a condition of release in Swanville May 24, 2021, dismissed; violating a condition of release in Swanville May 24, 2021, dismissed; unlawful possession of a scheduled drug in Swanville May 24, 2021, dismissed; unlawful possession of a scheduled drug in Swanville May 24, 2021, 364 days in jail with all but 126 days suspended, one year of probation, and $400 fine.

Peter E. Wing, 58, of Searsport, operating under the influence in Searsport April 10, 2021, dismissed; driving to endanger in Searsport April 10, 2021, license suspended for 30 days and $575 fine. 

Dakota A. Moody, 21, of Frankfort, operating an ATV on a public way in Searsport March 23, $100 fine. 

Hector Amaro, 37, of Frankfort, operating an unregistered ATV in Frankfort April 3, $200 fine.

Kyle W. Greenleaf, 25, of Frankfort, operating an unregistered ATV in Frankfort April 3, $200 fine.

Zachary Pallotta, 20, of Montville, operating an unregistered ATV in Searsmont April 9, $200 fine.

Dean E. Clark, 57, of Belfast, allowing a dog to be at large in Belfast April 7, $50 fine.
