BELFAST — The following cases were closed in Waldo County Unified Court April 22-28. 

Joshua Maloon, 35, of Belmont, unlawful sexual contact in Belmont July 1, 2019, dismissed; unlawful sexual touching in Belmont July 1, 2019, dismissed; indecent conduct in Belmont July 1, 2019, dismissed; domestic violence assault in Belmont July 1, 2019, six months in jail with all suspended and one year of probation.

Christopher M.J. Cherry, 25, of Waldo, assault in Belfast July 26, 2020, dismissed. 

Wayne Lawrence, 42, of Belfast, domestic violence criminal threatening in Belfast Sept. 6, 2020, three years in prison with all but six months suspended, two years of probation, and $1,241.46 restitution. 

William H. Nunn, 27, of Monroe, probation violation in Monroe Sept. 29, 2020, six months in jail and probation revoked; assault (two counts) in Monroe Aug. 27, 30 days in jail and $300 fine for each count. 

Alexander Cunningham, 22, of Belmont, domestic violence assault in Belfast Nov. 25, 2020, dismissed. 

Victor O. Young, 76, of Searsport, aggravated assault in Searsport Feb. 3, 2021, dismissed; criminal threatening in Searsport Feb. 3, 2021, nine months in jail with all suspended and one year of probation. 

Phillip M. McFadden, 29, of Frankfort, violating a condition of release May 21, 2021, dismissed; unlawful trafficking in scheduled drugs May 21, 2021, dismissed; operating after habitual offender revocation in Belfast April 8, 2021, dismissed; violating a condition of release in Belfast April 8, 2021, dismissed; refusing to submit to arrest or detention in Belfast April 8, 2021, dismissed.

Troy E. Bryant, 46, of Belfast, failing to report in Belfast Feb. 5, 2021, 30 days in jail. 

Gerald D. Gustafson, 58, of Searsport, operating under the influence in Searsport May 29, 2021, three years in prison with all but 90 days suspended, two years of probation, license suspended for six years, and $1,400 fine. 

David J. Riley Jr., 39, of Belfast, operating under the influence in Belfast Aug. 14, 2021, 364 days in jail with all but seven days suspended, one year of administrative release, license suspended for three years, registration suspended, and $700 fine; criminal mischief in Belfast Oct. 4, seven days in jail; violating a condition of release in Belfast Oct. 4, dismissed; criminal trespass in Belfast Oct. 4, seven days in jail. 

Charles M. Fletcher, 56, of Montville, operating after habitual offender revocation in Montville Aug. 18, 30 days in jail and $500 fine; operating under the influence in Montville Aug. 18, four years in prison with all but four months suspended, two years of probation, license suspended for six years, and $1,100 fine. 

Norman C. Flagg, 37, of Belfast, domestic violence assault in Belfast Sept. 9, dismissed; violating a condition of release in Belfast Oct. 4, dismissed. 

Shana Colby, 44, of Swanville, operating under the influence in Belfast Aug. 24, six months in jail with all but seven days suspended, one year of probation, license suspended for three years, and $700 fine.

Lorraine J. Johnson, 73, of Swanville, violating a protection from harassment order in Swanville Aug. 30, dismissed. 

John N. Devine, 20, of Stockton Springs, failing to notify of a motor vehicle accident in Winterport July 29, $150 fine. 

Sheldon E. Gilmore Jr., 63, of Waldo, failing to comply with the Sex Offender Registry Act in Waldo Nov. 29, nine month in jail. 

Mary Thomas, 44,  of Winterport, driving to endanger in Winterport Oct. 16, dismissed; disorderly conduct (offensive words/gestures) in Winterport Oct. 16, $300 fine.

Fawn K. Rackliff, 37, of Howland, theft by unauthorized taking or transfer in Frankfort Sept. 18, dismissed. 

Anthony C. Philbrook, 47, of Belfast, operating after habitual offender revocation in Belfast Jan. 14, six months in jail and $1,000 fine. 

Steven L. Farrington, 46, of Searsport, domestic violence aggravated assault in Searsport April 4, dismissed; violating a condition of release in Searsport April 4, dismissed; disorderly conduct (offensive words/gestures) in Searsport April 4, 10 days in jail. 

John Horsman III, 31, of Belfast, operating under the influence in Belfast Feb. 26, dismissed; operating a vehicle without a license in Belfast Feb. 6, dismissed. 

Jason Lenfest, 48, of Searsport, unlawful possession of a scheduled drug (two counts) in Frankfort Feb. 10, both dismissed.

Tina Marriner, 60, of Palermo, operating without safety equipment in Palermo Oct. 28, dismissed.
