Shawn Judkins, 22, of Lagrange, manslaughter in Burnham Aug. 4, 2018, dismissed; operating under the influence resulting in death in Burnham Aug. 4, 2018, dismissed. 

Brandon Heath, 31 of Stockton Springs, operating under the influence in Stockton Springs Jan. 17, 2020, dismissed; driving to endanger in Stockton Springs Jan. 17, 2020, license suspended for 30 days and $575 fine. 

George Morgan, 78, of New Hope, Pennsylvania, operating under the influence in Stockton Springs Jan. 5, 2020, dismissed; driving to endanger in Stockton Springs Jan. 5, 2020, license suspended for 30 days and $575 fine. 

Benjamin Hamel, 39, of Swanville, indecent conduct in Belfast Feb. 8, 2020, dismissed; indecent conduct in Belfast April 24, 2020, $300 fine. 

Dallas Hatch, 37, of Searsport, operating under the influence in Belfast April 19, 2020, dismissed; driving to endanger in Belfast April 19, 2020, license suspended for 30 days and $575 fine. 

Scott A. Clark, 33, of Prospect, probation violation in Searsport June 20, 2020, 105 days in jail and probation revoked; criminal threatening with a dangerous weapon in Prospect Sept. 2, dismissed; illegal possession of a firearm in Prospect Sept. 2, two years six months in prison with all but six months suspended and two years of probation; operating a vehicle without a license in Prospect Sept. 2, dismissed. 

Danellen Abbey, 41, of Liberty, operating under the influence in Belfast Aug. 26, 2020, license suspended for 150 days and $500 fine; operating while license suspended or revoked in Belfast Aug. 26, 2020, dismissed.

Scott Swift, 34, of Northport, aggravated trafficking of scheduled drugs (two counts) in Northport Sept. 14, 2020, both dismissed; unlawful trafficking in scheduled drugs in Northport Sept. 14, 2020, six years in prison with all but 18 months suspended, two years of probation, and $400 fine; refusing to submit to arrest or detention with physical force in Northport Sept. 14, 2020, dismissed.

Hailey Sawyer, 44, of Corinth, aggravated trafficking of scheduled drugs Aug. 10, dismissed; violating a condition of release Aug. 10, 30 days in jail; illegal importation of scheduled drugs Aug. 6, two years in prison and $400 fine.

Corey C. Bedard, 25, of Newport, motor vehicle speeding 30+ mph over the speed limit in Jackson Sept. 24, $500 fine. 

David Hirschfeld, 57, of Northport, burning without a permit in Northport Dec. 5, dismissed. 

Brian Carroll Jr., 36, of Dixmont, use of drug paraphernalia in Troy June 9, 2020, dismissed. 

Elizabeth Palmer Herdrich, 61, of Searsmont, allowing a dog to be at large in Searsmont Oct. 10, $100 fine.
