BELFAST — The following cases were closed in Waldo County Unified Court Sept. 24-30. 

Amanda L. Bedard, 35, of Bangor, probation violation in Winterport March 6, 2018, probation partially revoked and continued, no sentence imposed. 

Stephanie C. Coutu, 27, of Waterville, probation violation in Brooks April 12, 2018, four months in jail, and probation partially revoked and continued; failing to report in Belfast Aug. 16, 60 days in jail. 

Dustin A. Caron, 28, of Lewiston, fishing without a valid license in Liberty July 7, 2019, $100 fine. 

Brittany J. Heath, 30, of Troy, unlawful possession of a scheduled drug in Troy June 9, 2020, nine months in jail with all but two days suspended, one year of probation, and $400 fine; unlawful furnishing of a scheduled drug in Troy June 9, 2020, dismissed; violating a condition of release in Troy Oct. 30, unconditional discharge. 

Joshua D. Solebello,  40, of Belfast, operating under the influence in Belfast July 4, 2020, license suspended for 150 days and $500 fine; endangering the welfare of a child in Belfast July 4, 2020, dismissed. 

Gregory A. Stevens Jr., 25, of Swanville, operating after habitual offender revocation in Brooks Aug. 6, 2020, 30 days in jail and $500 fine; attaching false plates in Brooks Aug. 6, 2020, seven days in jail; violating a condition of release in Brooks Aug. 6, 2020, seven days in jail; operating after habitual offender revocation in Brooks July 8, 2020, dismissed; violating a condition of release in Brooks July 8, 2020, dismissed. 

Lily M. Crawford, 24, of Corinth, operating while license suspended or revoked in Unity July 4, 2020, dismissed.

Allen J. Farrington, 59, of Monroe, operating under the influence in Waldo Oct. 5, 2020, 48 hours in jail and license suspended for 150 days.

Michael E. Paquin, 51, of Belfast, operating under the influence in Swanville Oct. 21, two days in jail, license suspended for 150 days, and $500 fine; driving to endanger in Swanville Oct. 21, dismissed; violating a condition of release in Belfast Oct. 25, dismissed; criminal mischief in Belfast Nov. 26, 30 days in jail; violating a condition of release in Belfast Nov. 26, 30 days in jail; domestic violence assault in Belfast Nov. 26, dismissed; violating a condition of release in Belfast Jan. 12, dismissed; violating a condition of release in Belfast Jan. 19, 30 days in jail. 

Crystal Philbrook, 40, of Dixmont, theft by unauthorized taking or transfer in Knox Dec. 30, dismissed.

Ricky L. Seekins, 49, of Brooks, aggravated trafficking of a scheduled drug in Brooks May 15, dismissed; unlawful possession of a scheduled drug in Brooks May 15, dismissed; possession of hypodermic apparatuses in Brooks May 15, dismissed; displaying a fictitious vehicle certificate in Brooks May 15, dismissed.
