Rockland Festival of Lights indicates plenty of lights and a few Santa sightings
ROCKLAND — Rockland Festival of Lights returns to Main Street again this year, and Santa returns, too. Plans are in place for the jolly fellow to step off of the boat in time to open Main Street at noon on Friday, Nov. 25. Based on the Festival itinerary, it looks as if Santa will have a few chances to speak with the young and the young at heart.
