Preston M. Beal II, 51, of Tenants Harbor, operating under the influence in Rockland Nov. 9, 2013, license suspended for 90 days and $900 fine.

Thomas Paul Brezniak, 63, of Rockland, operating under the influence in Rockand Sept. 11, 2013, 90 days in jail with all but seven days suspended, one year of probation, license suspended for three years, registration suspended and $700 fine; endangering the welfare of a child in Rockland Sept. 11, 2013, seven days in jail; operating a vehicle without a license (beyond conditions/restrictions) in Rockland Sept. 11, 2013, dismissed.

Gregory S. Collins, 20, of Nobleboro, attaching false plates in Warren Dec. 4, 2013, $100 fine.

Justin J. Costa, 24, of Union, operating while license suspended or revoked in Union Dec. 31, 2013, dismissed.

Justin R. Dube, 20, of Searsmont, operating a vehicle without a license in Rockport Jan. 18, $150 fine.

James Fales Jr., 36, of Cushing, violation of protected resources in Port Clyde Dec.17, 2013, $150 fine.

Andrew Flanagan, 20, of Camden, minor consuming liquor in Camden July 4, 2013, dismissed.

Adam M. Griffin, 30, of Warren, failing to make oral or written report of an accident in Warren Dec. 8, 2013, $250 fine.

Edward Jon Grover, 24, of Union, attaching false plates in Warren Dec. 14, 2013, $150 fine; failure to register a vehicle in Warren Dec. 14, 2013, dismissed.

Gabriel Grover, 22, of Union, assault in Tenants Harbor Jan. 30, dismissed; criminal use of an electronic weapon in Tenants Harbor Jan. 30, dismissed.

Joel A. Harkins, 33, of Waldoboro, operating while license suspended or revoked in Union April 21, 2013, $500 fine.

Vincent M. Kwiatkowski, 19, of Camden, operating vehicle without a license (beyond restrictions/conditions) in Appleton Aug. 4, 2013, $250 fine.
