Samuel N. Atwood, 46, of Warren, disorderly conduct (offensive words/gestures) in Warren Nov. 6, 2012, $750 fine; domestic violence assault in Warren Nov. 6, 2012, dismissed.

Katherine  H. Barthelette, 33, of Thomaston, theft by unauthorized taking or transfer in Rockland Nov. 15, 2012, dismissed.

Amanda M. Birmingham, 30, of Rockland, criminal mischief in Rockland Oct. 24, 2013, five days in jail and $120 restitution; criminal trespass in Rockland Oct. 24, 2013, five days in jail; possession of a usable amount of marijuana up  to 1.25 oz in Rockland Oct. 24, 2013, $350 fine. 

Todd Carballo, 39, of Rockland, violating conditions of release in Rockland Feb. 14, 48 hours in jail.

Gregory G. Ellis, 61, of Appleton, failure to notify of a motor vehicle accident in Union Nov. 10, 2013, $250 fine.

John S. Goff, 62, of Washington, assault in Washington July 3, 2013, dismissed. 

Nicholas Little, 23, of Rockland, misuse of identification in Rockland Nov. 6, 2012, dismissed; theft by unauthorized taking or transfer in Rockland Nov. 6, 2012, dismissed.

Stephen D. Martin, 26, of Friendship, violating condition of release in Friendship Jan. 21, 48 hours in jail. 

Dezarae McPhee, 19, of Waldoboro, fishing for or taking shellfish from a closed area in Friendship Oct. 22, 2013, $300 fine.

Samuel H. Olson, 63, of Cushing, permitting unlawful use in Friendship Oct. 17, 2013, $500 fine.

Ian Patten, 23, of Belfast, violating a protective order in Camden Nov. 12, 2013, 180 days in jail with all but 14 days suspended and one year of probation.

Eugene T. Pease Jr., 44, of Union, operating under the influence in Rockland Aug. 30, 2013, 180 days in jail with all but 14 days suspended, one year of probation, license suspended for three years and $700 fine. 

James Everett Sawdey, 39, of Jefferson, operating after habitual offender revocation in Union Nov. 12, 2013, 60 days in jail and $500 fine. 

Chad E. Sproul Sr., 38, of Warren, fishing for or taking shellfish from a closed area in Friendship Oct. 22, 2013, $500 fine; negotiating a worthless instrument in Warren Sept. 23, 2013, $393.75 restitution and $250 fine; use of drug paraphernalia in Warren Nov. 20, 2013, dismissed.

Margaret E. Tracy, 56, of Hope, cruelty to animals in Hope Jan. 26, 2013, $500 fine.

Jason Walter, 23, of Rockport, operating while license suspended or revoked in Camden Oct. 16, 2013, seven days in jail, license suspended for one year and $600 fine; violating condition of release in Camden Oct. 16, 2013, seven days in jail. 

Mark J. White, 41, of Appleton, failure to stop/remain/provide information in Union Oct. 26, 2013, seven days in jail; operating under the influence in Union Oct. 26, 2013, seven days in jail, license suspended for 90 days and $500 fine; failing to make oral or written accident report in Union Oct. 26, 2013, seven days in jail. 

Allen R. Winchenbach, 67, of Waldoboro, violating a municipal shellfish ordinance in Cushing Oct. 24, 2013, $750 fine; harvesting shellfish without a license in Cushing Oct. 24, 2013, $300 fine.
