Kramer Gallery reflects on 48 years of Belfast Co-op
BELFAST — The Belfast Free Library is showing a retrospective exhibit of the Belfast Community Co-op in the Kramer Gallery for the month of June.
The exhibit, “48 Years of the Belfast Co-op: A Retrospective of Our Cooperative,” is a celebration of the Co-op’s rich history and impact on the community.
Through photographs, documents, and memorabilia the exhibit commemorates the 48th anniversary of the Co-op’s establishment, history and evolution.
“The exhibit is also a celebration of the community, a recognition and appreciation of the owners, workers, supporters, and volunteers who have been part of our Co-op’s growth and success for the past 48 years,” said the Library, in a news release.
The retrospective also looks forward to the newly renovated Belfast Community Coop, with the welcome back celebration and ribbon cutting on Friday, June 21, 2024, at 11 a.m.
