ROCKLAND — The following cases were closed in Knox County Superior Court Oct. 6 -31. 

Daniel C. Breen, 32, of Tenants Harbor, sexual abuse of a minor in St. George June 1, 2012, four years in prison with all but nine months suspended and two years of probation.

Kimberly Colson, 46, of Hope, theft by unauthorized taking or transfer in Camden May 20, two years in jail with all but 45 days suspended and two years or probation.

Stephen Darney, 45, of Augusta, unlawful trafficking in scheduled drugs in Thomaston May 10, 2011, two years in prison, three years of probation and $400 fine; unlawful trafficking in scheduled drugs in Warren May 6, 2011, two years in prison and $400 fine; aggravated trafficking of scheduled drugs in Warren May 10, 2011, eight years in prison with all but four years suspended, three years of probation and $400 fine; unlawful trafficking in scheduled drugs in Warren May 4, 2011, two years in prison and $400 fine; illegal possession of a firearm or crossbow in Thomaston May 10, 2011, one year in prison.

Clarissa M. Holmes, 69, of Hollywood, Fla., operating under the influence in Thomaston Nov. 15,  1990, license suspended for 90 days and $500 fine; operating after suspension in Thomaston Nov. 15, 1990, dismissed.

Michael E. Humiston, 26, of Owls Head, criminal trespass in Rockland Aug. 15, six months in jail; criminal mischief in Rockland Aug. 15, six months in jail; assault in Rockland Aug. 15, dismissed; aggravated criminal trespass in Rockland Aug. 15, dismissed.

Donald A. Joy, 33, of Rockland, assault on an officer in Rockland Nov. 9, 2012, 90 days in jail, probation partially revoked and continued.

Danielle A. Maxcy, 41, of Rockland, domestic violence assault on Isle au Haut Feb. 3, 2013, two years in jail with all but four months suspended and two years of probation.

Barry Murgita, 40, of Rockland, unlawful furnishing of a scheduled drug in Rockland Feb. 25, $400 fine.

Scott R. Stewart, 38, of Brockton Mass., probation violation in Rockland Sept. 9, 2010, 109 days in jail, probation partially revoked and continued.

Jamie E. Stratton, 39, of Winthrop, unlawful sexual contact in Rockland Oct. 16, 2010, 90 days in jail, probation partially revoked and continued.
