ROCKLAND — The following cases were closed in Knox County Superior Court Sept. 24 – Oct. 1.

Jeffrey P. Callahan, 22, of Rockland, probation violation in Warren Oct. 28, 2013, six months in jail, probation partially revoked and continued.

Michael Carver, 35, of Owls Head, unlawful trafficking in scheduled drugs in Rockland Jan. 11, 2013, five years in prison with all but one year suspended, two years of probation and $400 fine.

Aimee C. Faulkingham, 31, of Cushing, unlawful possession of a scheduled drug in Union Sept. 27, 2013, dismissed.

Jessica H. Hall, 38, of Waldoboro, unlawful trafficking in scheduled drugs in Rockland (dates: Jan. 8, Jan. 9, Jan. 14, Jan. 14), dismissed.

Derick Huff, 45, of Washington, unlawful possession of a scheduled drug in Rockland Jan. 2, six months in jail and $400 fine; unlawful possession of a scheduled drug in Rockland Jan. 2, six months in jail and $400 fine; operating under the influence in Rockland Jan. 2, license suspended for 150 days and $500 fine; unlawful trafficking in scheduled drugs in Rockland Jan. 2, seven years in prison with all but three years suspended, three years of probation, $120 restitution and $400 fine; unlawful furnishing of a scheduled drug in Rockland Jan. 2, dismissed; unlawful trafficking of a scheduled drug in Rockland Jan. 2 (three charges), dismissed; unlawful possession of a scheduled drug in Rockland Jan. 2, dismissed.

Michael C. Maxcy, 40, of Northport, molesting or disturbing lobster gear on Isle au Haut Aug. 12, 2012, dismissed.

Christopher J. Sawyer, 26, of Vinalhaven, unlawful possession of a scheduled drug in Rockland Dec. 28, 2013, two years in jail with all but 60 days suspended, two years of probation and $400 fine; unlawful trafficking of scheduled drugs in Rockland Dec. 28, 2013, dismissed.

Donald E. Simmons III, 26, of Rockland, theft by unauthorized taking or transfer in Rockland July 12, six months in jail.
