BELFAST — The Belfast Police Department reported the following activity March 29 - April 5. An arrest or summons does not imply guilt. 

March 29

John A. Affleck, 40, of Portland, was issued a summons for failure to register a motor vehicle (30-150 days) on Belmont Avenue.

March 31

Daniel R. Mailloux, 38, of Belfast, was arrested for operating under the influence on Woods Road.

April 2

Shannon C. Clark, 38, of Searsport, was issued a summons for failure to provide proof of insurance on Route 1. 

April 3

Raymond Stover, 30, of Belfast, was arrested for failure to appear. 

April 4

Marissa Sprague, 23, of Belfast, was issued a summons for violating conditions of release on Front Street. 

April 5

Nicholas R. Moll, 32, of Belfast, was arrested for operating under the influence, operating after suspension and unpaid fines on Route 1.
