Belfast Police Department beat: Arrests for OUI, warrants and more
BELFAST — The Belfast Police Department reported the following activity Feb. 12-18. An arrest or summons does not imply guilt.
Feb. 13
Robert K. Carey, 33, of Portland, was arrested for operating under the influence and issued a summons for a seat belt violation on High Street.
Kristle Staples, 34, of Belfast, was arrested for failure to appear.
Victor Amaro, 34, of Belfast, was arrested for violating condition of release on Penobscot Terrace.
Feb. 15
Nicholas Seeger, 66, of Belfast, was arrested for operating under the influence.
Feb. 17
Jordan Johnston, 28, of Dover Foxcroft, was arrested for failure to appear (three charges).
Feb. 18
Jamie D. Moore, 22, of Verona Island, was arrested for operating under the influence on City Point Road. Moore was issued summonses for operating a defective motor vehicle and displaying a fictitious inspection sticker.
William R. Porr, 45, of Belfast, was issued a summons for failure to yield at a pedestrian crosswalk.
