Belfast Police beat
BELFAST — The Belfast Police Department reported the following activity Sept. 16-21. An arrest or summons does not imply guilt.
Sept. 16
Benjamin A. Nutter, 29, of Brooklin, was issued a summons for failure to provide proof of insurance on Searsport Avenue.
Sean P. Graham, 22, of York, was arrested for aggravated assault, criminal threatening and terrorizing on Searsport Avenue, stemming from an incident Sept. 13.
Emily M. Russell, 21, of Belfast, was issued summonses for possession of a usable amount of marijuana and sale and use of drug paraphernalia on Patterson Hill Road.
Sept. 18
Edward M. Powers, 67, of Belfast, was issued a summons for harassment on Harbor View Lane.
Michael C. Clark, 53, of Swanville, was issued a summons for operating under the influence on Front Street.
Sept. 19
Thomas D. Fish, 50, of Union, was issued a summons for operating under the influence on Main Street.
William C. Korcsch, 52, of Brownville, was arrested for operating under the influence and operating without a license on Lincolnville Avenue.
Sept. 20
Sarah Higgins, 30, of Liberty, was arrested for violating conditions of release.
Robert D. Dearborn, 54, of Searsmont, was arrested for operating under the influence on Belmont Avenue.
