Belfast Police beat
BELFAST — Belfast Police reported the following activity April 13-30.
An arrest or summons does not constitute a conviction, and those charged are considered innocent unless proven guilty in a court of law. Juveniles aged 17-or-younger are not named.
April 13
Alan F. Woodruff, 88, of Searsmont, was issued summonses for operating under the influence and two counts of operating while license revoked on Goodwill Drive.
April 25
Carl Burch, 52, of Waldo, was issued a summons for operating with an expired license on Waterville Road.
April 26
Brian C. Sanderson, 47, of Belfast, was arrested for unlawful possession of a schedule W drug on Route 1.
April 27
Elvis Robbins, 69, of Belfast, was issued summonses for violating a condition of release and indecent conduct on Perkins Road.
April 30
Deven Hamilton, 25, of Biddeford, was issued a summons for operating with suspended registration on Swan Lake Ave.
