BELFAST — The Belfast Police Department reported the following activity June 20 - July 2. An arrest or summons does not imply guilt.
June 11 (late entry)
Kelly Hynd, 44, of Cushing, was arrested for operating under the influence (drugs) on Route 3.
June 20
Shanna L. Harvey, 27, of Augusta, was issued summonses for failure to provide proof of insurance and operating after suspension on Belmont Avenue.
June 22
David Greenleaf, 57, of Searsport, was issued a summons for unnecessary braking on Front Street.
June 24
Carly J. Emt, 20, of Belfast, was issued a summons for operating after suspension on High Street.
June 25
Martin W. Long, 27, of Woodland, Calif., was issued a summons for an inspection sticker violation.
June 27
Joshua Paradis, 34, of Belfast, was arrested for theft by unauthorized taking or transfer and burglary on Swan Lake Avenue,
June 28
Keith W. Spillanc, 36, of Rockland, was issued a summons for criminal trespass.
Holly J. Witham, 52, of Skowhegan, was issued a summons for operating after habitual offender revocation on Route 137.
Jill O. Moll, 30, of Belmont, was issued summonses for operating beyond condition/restriction and operating under the influence on Waldo Avenue.

Karen M. Carrara-Hodgdon, 47, of Waldo, was issued a summons for failure to maintain control of a motor vehicle on Route 1.
Myles R. Rehlander, 29, of Belfast, was issued a summons for failure to provide proof of insurance.
July 1
Amiee E. Twigg, 33, of Presque Isle, was issued a summons for operating a motorcycle without a license on Penobscot Terrace.
Michael R. Roy, 32, of Eddington, was arrested for violating conditions of release and issued a summons for possession of a usable amount of marijuana.
