Belfast Police beat: Thefts, OUI, texting while driving
BELFAST — The Belfast Police Department reported the following activity May 16-22. An arrest or summons does not imply guilt.
May 6 (late entry)
Hannah E. Richards, 18, of Swanville, was issued summonses for theft.
May 10
Taylor E. Lane, 24, of Belfast, was issued summonses for operating after suspension and failure to provide proof of insurance on Route 1.
May 16
Joel J. Prescott, 33, of Belfast, was issued a summons for texting while operating a motor vehicle on Congress Street.
Corey P. Papadopoli, 39, of Bar Harbor, was issued a summons for speeding 56 mph in a 35 mph zone on Swan Lake Avenue.
May 21
Eugene B. Flagg Jr., 56, of Belfast, was arrested for operating under the influence on Swan Lake Avenue.
May 23
Matthew M. Diprete-Digioia, 29, of Belfast, was issued a summons for displaying a fictitious inspection sticker on Lincolnville Avenue.
