Belfast Police beat: Texting while driving, criminal trespass
BELFAST — The Belfast Police Department reported the following activity July 14-23. An arrest or summons does not imply guilt.
July 6 (late entry)
Paul D. Belden, 35, of Belfast, was issued a summons for speeding 72 mph in a 45 mph zone on Blake Road.
July 14
Erin R. Beeton, 31, of Belfast, was issued summonses for attaching false plates and operating after suspension on Route 137.
Darren K. Moulton, 52, of Belfast, was issued summonses for disorderly conduct and domestic violence assault on Ryan Road.
Felicia Moulton, 31, of Brooks, was issued summonses for violating conditions of release and criminal trespass on Ryan Road.
July 16
Jeffrey D. Hipsher, 43, of Powell, Indiana, was arrested for operating after suspension and operating under the influence on Searsport Avenue.
July 17
Alton Fortson, 74, of Belfast, was issued a summon for operating without a license on Pierce Street.
Linda A. McCuen, 66, of Searsport, was arrested for operating under the influence on Swan Lake Avenue.
July 18
Alexander J. Shyduroff, 34, of Brooks, was issued a summons for texting while driving on Main Street.
Ashley Heald, 27, of Prospect, was issued a summons for texting while driving on Route 1.
July 22
Jason M. Howie, 29, of Belfast, was arrested for disorderly conduct on Front Street.
July 23
Melissa A. Brown, 30, of Belfast, was arrested for failure to appear.
