Belfast Police beat: solicitation of a child, assault, OUI
BELFAST — The Belfast Police Department reported the following activity July 5-19. An arrest or summons does not imply guilt.
July 5
Silas A. Roberts, 43, was issued a summons for theft by unauthorized taking or transfer on Route 1.
July 9
Aaron F. Miller, 28, of Belfast, was arrested for violating conditions of release, operating after suspension, and failure to produce registration on High Street.
July 10
Debra F. Reynolds, 48, of Belmont, was issued a summons for an inspection sticker violation on Starrett Drive.
July 11
Randi Lynn Morse, 34, of Northport, was issued a summons for speeding 52 mph in a 25 mph zone on Miller Street.
July 13
Brian D. Carrara, 28, of Waldo, was arrested for operating under the influence, driving to endanger, and violating conditions of release on Route 7.
Felicia Moulton, 29, of Belfast, was arrested for disorderly conduct on Ryan Road.
July 15
Brian B. Wilson, 22, of Belfast, was issued summonses for assault (two counts) on Front Street. Wilson was also issued a summons July 10 for operating after suspension on Belmont Avenue.
Stephen Boguen, 64, of Belfast, was arrested for operating under the influence on High Street.
July 18
Edmund L. Melanson, 75, of Montville, was arrested for solicitation of a child at Belfast City Park stemming from an incident March 28.
Todd A. Howe, 52, of Northport, was arrested for operating under the influence and domestic violence assault on Northport Avenue.
Chandler D. Littlefield, 48, of Frankfort, was arrested for operating after habitual offender revocation and failure to register a motor vehicle (150+ days past expiration) on High Street.
