Belfast Police beat: OUI, skateboard violation
BELFAST — The Belfast Police Department reported the following activity July 20-28. An arrest or summons does not imply guilt.
July 20
Shirley L. Hustus, 41, of Searsport, was issued a summons for operating after suspension on Mill Lane.
July 21
John D. Bill, 71, of Santa Monica, Calif., was arrested for violating conditions of release.
July 24
Taren Littlefield, 23, of Searsport, was issued a summons for sale and use of drug paraphernalia.
Tami Lynn Day, 51, of Belfast, was issued summonses for possession of a useable amount of marijuana up to 1.25 oz and violating conditions of release.
July 26
Joshua Paradis, 24, of Belfast, was arrested for burglary and theft by unauthorized taking or transfer on Swan Lake Avenue stemming from an incident June 27.
Adam Snodgrass, 18, of Searsport, was issued a summons for violating a skateboard ordinance.
Jeffrey W. Hustus, 48, of Searsport, was arrested for operating under the influence on Swan Lake Avenue.
July 27
Kimberly J. Topaz, 48, of Belfast, was issued a summons for failure to provide proof of insurance.
