Belfast Police beat: Operating under the influence, speeding, driving without a license
BELFAST — The Belfast Police Department reported the following activity March 17-21. An arrest or summons does not imply guilt.
March 17
Luke J. Cote, 24, of Montville, was arrested for operating under the influence and operating without a license (beyond condition/restriction) on Field Street.
March 18
Brenda L. Ventura, 53, of Belfast, was arrested for operating under the influence on Northport Avenue.
Jeffrey J. Stevens, 52, of Belfast, was arrested for operating under the influence and operating without a license (beyond condition/restriction) on Waldo Avenue.
March 19
Swan N. Sinclair, 27, of Belfast, was issued a summons for operating without a license (beyond condition/restriction) on Waldo Avenue.
March 20
Branden M. Briggs, 27, of Washington, was issued summonses for violating conditions of release and operating after suspension on Route 3.
Richard R. Brown, 40, of Raymond, was issued a summons for speeding 54 mph in a 35 mph zone on Route 1.
March 21
Byrlynne D. Ellis, 37, was arrested for criminal trespass and refusing to submit to arrest or detention on Church Street.
Valerie Behrens, 63, of Hope, was issued a summons for speeding 44 mph in a 25 mph zone on Main Street.
