Nicholaus D. Beaulieu, 30, of Brewer, criminal mischief in Brewer Feb. 20, dismissed. 

Michael A. Brillard, 29, of Thorndike, operating while license suspended or revoked in Unity Aug. 23, five days in jail and $250 fine; operating after habitual offender revocation in Unity Aug. 23, dismissed. 

Robert B. Cyphers III, 24, of Montville, negotiating a worthless instrument in Belfast Sept. 12, 30 days in jail and $1,093 restitution; negotiating a worthless instrument in Belfast Sept. 7, 30 days in jail an $484 restitution; violating conditions of release in Belfast Feb. 9, 60 days in jail; theft by unauthorized taking or transfer in Belfast Feb. 9, 60 days in jail and $655 restitution; forgery in Belfast Feb. 9, 60  days in jail; violating conditions of release in Belfast Jan. 31, 48 hours in jail; operating a vehicle without a license in Belfast Jan. 31, 48 hours in jail; negotiating a worthless instrument in Morrill Nov. 15, 10 days in jail and $495 restitution. 

William F. Ellsey, 37, of Unity, criminal mischief in Thorndike May 15, dismissed; assault in Thorndike May 15, dismissed; domestic violence assault in Thorndike May 15, dismissed.

Marshall H. Lowe, 51, of Jackson, refusing to submit to arrest or detention (with use of physical force) in Jackson Nov. 29, 48 hours in jail. 

Jacob M. McGinley, 23, of Unity, operating under the influence in Unity Oct. 11, license suspended for 150 days and $500 fine. 

Jeffrey D. Olson, 68, of Searsmont, theft by deception in Belfast Nov. 13, $250 fine. 

Willis Reed, 21, of Searsport, violating condition of release in Searsport Feb. 28, dismissed. 

David A. Skaggs, 57, of Frankfort, domestic violence assault in Frankfort March 17, dismissed. 

Jordan A. Stephens, 18, of Lincolnville, operating a vehicle without a license in Lincolnville Dec. 12, 2013, dismissed. 

Mark Tibbetts, 42, of Appleton, violating a protective order in Union Sept. 11, dismissed. 

Jacob M. Webber, 24, of Belfast, operating while license suspended or revoked in Searsport Jan. 19, $500 fine; violating condition of release in Searsport Jan. 19, dismissed.
