Alan G. Clark, 47, of Belfast, operating while license suspended or revoked in Belmont Dec. 29, $250 fine.

Mark W. Cook Jr., 29, of Searsmont, operating while license suspended or revoked in Searsmont July 18, $500 fine; operating while license suspended or revoked in Searsmont July 18, dismissed.

Mark A. Cookson, 44, of Belfast, operating a vehicle without a license in Swanville Jan. 1, $150 fine.

Matthew E. Golembesky, 44, of Prospect, operating a vehicle without a license (beyond restriction/conditions) in Frankfort Aug. 5, dismissed.
