Letter to the editor: Thank you, from BCOPE
BELFAST — As February vacation approached, students were once again be out of school for the week although not everyone looks forward to it. Morrill Baptist Church donated bags of food to RSU 71's alternative High School — Belfast Community Outreach Program in Education, to ease the mind of students who may have food insecurity over the extended vacation.
Morrill Baptist Church had given each of us what they call, "Vacation bags," bags with so much food in them! The generous gift bags are sure to prevent any student from worrying about food.
Students here at BCOPE are thankful for their generous donation and the donations wereput to good use. Thank you for your help.
