Salma Batool-Anwar, MD, joins PBMC, WCGH
ROCKPORT — Pen Bay Medical Center and Waldo County General Hospital welcome Salma Batool-Anwar, MD, to their Hospitalist Services teams.
As part of the Hospitalist Services team, Dr. Batool-Anwar will care for hospitalized patients at PBMC and WCGH.
In addition to joining PBMC and WCGH as a hospitalist, Dr. Batool-Anwar is an associate physician in the Sleep and Circadian Disorders department at Brigham and Women’s Faulkner Hospital in Jamaica Plains, Massachusetts.
Dr. Batool-Anwar earned her Doctor of Medicine from Rawalpindi Medical College in Rawalpindi, Pakistan, in 1987, and also holds a Master of Public Health degree from The Dartmouth Institute for Healthcare Policy & Clinical Effectiveness in Lebanon, N.H.
