Waldo County Unified Court closed cases
BELFAST — The following cases were closed in Waldo County Unified Court May 26 - June 1.
Paul R. Prater, 63, of Swanville, operating after registration suspension in Searsmont May 11, 2020, $150 fine.
Michael P. Boyington, 44, of Hudson, attaching false plates in Stockton Springs Aug. 17. 2021, $150 fine.
Richard L. Peavey Jr., 47, of Eddington, domestic violence assault in Brooks June 1, 2022, dismissed; unlawful sexual contact in Brooks June 1, 2022, dismissed; domestic violence terrorizing in Brooks June 1, 2022, three years in prison with all but 350 days suspended and one year of probation; violating a condition of release in Brooks June 10, 2022, six months in jail.
Keith Gamble, 70, of Hampden, operating under the influence in Winterport April 8, license suspended for 150 days and $500 fine.
Michael R. Hafford Jr., 52, of Winterport, burning prohibited material in Winterport March 17, $150 fine and $1,809 restitution.
John P. Williamson, 40, of Greene, criminal trespass on Islesboro March 10, $200 fine.
Raymond Porter, 45, of Belmont, violating a protection from abuse order in Belmont May 24, 120 days in jail with all but 15 days suspended and one year of administrative release.
