BELFAST The Waldo County Sheriff’s Department reported the following activity May 5 - 16.
An arrest or summons does not constitute a conviction, and those charged are considered innocent unless proven guilty in a court of law. Juveniles aged 17-or-younger are not named.
April 12 (late entry)
Christopher Leonard, 56, of Palermo, was issued summonses for criminal trespass and criminal mischief on Arnold Lane in Palermo.
May 5
Ashley King, 25, of Belfast, was issued a summons for gross sexual assault on Quaker Hill Road in Unity.
Sierra R. Walker, 21, of Searsmont, was arrested for operating under the influence on Main Street N. in Searsmont.
May 7
Angel Hunt, 51, of Augusta, was arrested for domestic violence assault on Cain HIll Road in Palermo.
May 10
Shaun Spencer, 37, of Skowhegan, was arrested for three counts of failure to appear in Cumberland County Court.
May 11
Krysta-Sky Sweetland, 24, of Belfast, was issued a summons for operating without a license on Route 141 in Swanville.
May 12
Nickolas Philbrick, 27, of Frankfort, was arrested for creating a police standoff, theft by unauthorized taking or transfer, domestic violence assault, and domestic violence terrorizing in Waldo County.
