Manufacturing is the lifeblood of any nation. Keep it here
My name is Jim Anderson and I am a Vietnam Veteran who served multiple combat tours. I am not a person of any political stripe; I dislike the Democrats and Republicans about the same.
I have found out there are a whole bunch of people who believe the same way I do. The parties are good at promising just about everything under the sun.
The last two administrations of this country (Bush and Obama) are the worst this country has ever had to endure in my lifetime, each one for different reasons. Unfortunately, when elected they seem to forget everything they promised.
The politicians’ best quality is that they can really talk a good game and some are very smooth with their empty words. All either political side does is blame the other side for their failures to get anything done. Just lots of words and finger pointing.
Got to get re-elected in the next election. I want action not empty words. With President Trump, this is the first time in at least 60 years that the president actually did what he promised he would do for the American people. If President Trump were a democrat or independent, I would have voted for him. I could not care less about these do-nothing parties. All I am interested in is that our president and congress will fight to give our citizens the best opportunity to succeed whether they are rich or poor. Does President Trump do things that I don’t care for?
Yes, but he is thousands of times better than any of the following: Obama, Bush, Clinton, Bush the Dad, Reagan, Carter, Nixon, Johnson, and Kennedy. They did plenty I didn’t care for! Many caused death and destruction and squandered lots of treasure that could have prospered our country. All of them let our taxpayers be the piggy bank for all the world's needs.
Some sent us into illegal and bogus wars. Some were just out and out liars. Many made the stupidest foreign policies that cost thousands of lives and a tremendous amount of our treasure. Some were just plain stupid. Many used the land of our freedoms which are provided to you and me by our Constitution to further their own gains and policies. Not for the betterment of our great nation, these policies include tax and regulatory issues and trade deals that sent jobs, manufacturing, and treasure to many countries around the world, benefiting other countries but devastating to the USA.
Manufacturing is the lifeblood of any nation. Keep it here!
