A 40 year resident of Lincoln County, Debi grew up in Cumberland, summering with grandparents in Harpswell. She went to NYA and graduated from the University of Maine. Debi is married to a retired builder whose family was one of the first to settle in the area. They still own part of the original homestead on the Kennebec River.
