Amy Hopkins, of Saltwater Mountain Company, will give "an invigorating and inspiring presentation" about the cold dipping experience and its incredible benefits, on Thursday, Oct. 10, at 6:30 p.m., at the Camden Public Library. Bathing suits not necessary!

Amy Hopkins will share her story that led to the creation of Saltwater Mountain Company –– a business that highlights the science and magic of cold-water dipping and its timely impact on women’s empowerment, mental health and community.

Inspired by experience, research, and her “Dip Down to Rise Up” movement, Hopkins will educate on the how, why, and when of a cold-water dipping practice.

Amy Hopkins has dedicated her entire career to supporting women’s health.
