BELFAST — The following cases were closed in Waldo County Unified Court April 6-13. 

Patrice Massicotte, 52, of Northport, probation violation in Belfast Sept. 26, 2019, 18 months in prison, probation revoked; unlawful possession of methamphetamine in Belfast Dec. 13, two years in prison. . 

Ryan Lawrence, 41, of Camden, operating under the influence in Belfast April 18, 2020, six months in jail with all but 12 days suspended, one year of administrative release, license suspended for 150 days, and $500 fine; operating under the influence in Northport June 28, 2020, dismissed; violating a condition of release in Lincolnville June 28, 2020, dismissed. 

Jacqueline L Reed, 32, of Searsmont, negotiating a worthless instrument in Searsport Oct. 15, 2019, dismissed; violating a condition of release in Searsmont March 31, 2021, dismissed.

Albert Russell, 39, of Belfast, probation violation in Belfast April 10, 2021, probation partially revoked and continued, no sentence imposed. 

Danielle Ratteree, 40, of Belmont, operating under the influence in Belfast May 2, 2021, license suspended for 150 days and $500 fine. 

David Oakes, 58, of Frankfort, negotiating a worthless instrument in Searsport March 20, 2021, nine months in jail; theft by deception in Searsport July 5, 2010, six years in prison with all but nine months suspended and three years of probation.

Shane L. Thibodeau, 52, of Belfast, operating under the influence in Belfast July 1, 2021, dismissed; operating while license suspended or revoked in Belfast July 1, 2021, dismissed; driving to endanger in Belfast July 1, 2021, license suspended for 30 days and $575 fine. 

Samuel M. Kohler, 32, of Nashua, New Hampshire, operating under the influence in Searsmont July 20, 2021, license suspended for 150 days and $500 fine; refusing to submit to arrest or detention with physical force in Searsmont July 20, 2021, dismissed; operating under the influence in Searsmont July 21, 2021, dismissed; unlawful possession of a scheduled drug in Searsmont July 21, 2021, $400 fine. 

Alton L. Robbins, 73, of Stockton Springs, operating under the influence in Stockton Springs Nov. 8, 2021, dismissed; driving to endanger in Stockton Springs Nov. 8, 2021, license suspended for 30 days and $575 fine. 

Keith Maynard, 47, of Belfast, operating under the influence in Belfast Sept. 5, 2021, seven days in jail, license suspended for three years, and $700 fine; violating a condition of release in Belfast Jan. 23, 2022, 48 hours in jail. 

Devan Skillings, 29, of Belfast, domestic violence reckless conduct in Belfast Dec. 28, 2021, $500 fine; driving to endanger in Belfast Dec. 28, 2021, dismissed. 

Tori Ann Nevers, 44, of Bastrop, Texas, operating under the influence in Lincolnville Feb. 1, 2022, dismissed. 

Shane Small, 24, of Unity, criminal mischief in Unity Sept. 13, 2022, dismissed. 

Eric S. Hopkins, 48, of Winslow, theft by unauthorized taking or transfer in Belfast Aug. 9, 2022, $150 fine. 

Peter Huff, 42, of North Providence, Rhode Island, operating under the influence in Burnham July 12, 2022, dismissed; driving to endanger in Burnham July 12, 2022, license suspended for 30 days and $575 fine.

Justin Cole, 40, of Palmyra, violating a protection from abuse order in Troy Dec. 16, dismissed. 

Justin S. Glover, 33, of Waldo, operating under the influence in Waldo Dec. 17, license suspended for 150 days and $500 fine. 

Eric N. Littlefield, 35, of Searsport, domestic violence aggravated assault in Searsport Jan. 1, dismissed; criminal mischief in Searsport Jan. 1, dismissed; domestic violence assault in Searsport Jan. 1, six months in jail with all but seven days suspended and two years of probation. 

Kitty Ann Stevens, 49, of Swanville, two counts of theft by unauthorized taking or transfer in Belfast Nov. 27, and Dec. 9, $200 fine for each count. 

Robert A. Daigle, 40, of Frankfort, domestic violence assault in Frankfort Feb. 27, dismissed.
