BELFAST The Waldo County Sheriff’s Department reported the following activity April 27 - May 10.
An arrest or summons does not constitute a conviction, and those charged are considered innocent unless proven guilty in a court of law. Juveniles aged 17-or-younger are not named.
April 27
Kelly L. Cimino, 47, of Montville, was issued a summons for attaching false plates on Belfast Augusta Road in Searsmont.
May 2
Raymond W. Eugley II, 37, of Windsor, was issued summonses for attaching false plates, violating a condition of release, and operating after suspension on Bangor Road in Unity.
May 3
Madeline Wheeler, 51, of Newport, was arrested for domestic violence criminal mischief on N. Horseback Road in Burnham.
May 9
James C. Fisk, 37, of Swanville, was issued a summons for operating an unregistered motor vehicle over 150 days beyond expiration on Oak Hill Road in Swanville.
