BELFAST — The Waldo County Sheriff’s Department reported the following activity March 26 - April 27.
An arrest or summons does not constitute a conviction, and those charged are considered innocent unless proven guilty in a court of law. Juveniles aged 17-or-younger are not named.
March 26
Cole Libby, 28, of Liberty, was issued summonses for unlawful possession of a schedule W drug, attaching false plates, violating a condition of bail, and operating after suspension on Route 3 in Liberty.
April 1
Tyeler J. Grey, 28, of Lamoine, was issued summonses for criminal threatening with a dangerous weapon on Route 3 in Searsmont.
April 4
Randall Smith, 57, of Washington, was issued summonses for unlawful possession of a schedule W drug and violating a condition of release in Liberty.
April 22
Melissa McPhee, 51, of Lincolnville, was arrested for operating under the influence on Youngtown Road in Lincolnville.
