Waldo County closed cases
BELFAST — The following cases were closed in Waldo County Unified Court Aug. 19-26.
Gage J. Gagne, 28, of Belfast, stealing drugs in Swanville Jan. 8, 2022, nine months in jail; operating after habitual offender revocation in Swanville Jan. 8, 2022, nine months one day in jail and $1,000 fine; theft by unauthorized taking or transfer in Belfast Aug. 24, 2023, 30 days in jail and $150 restitution.
Ashley R. Wilber, 42, of Orrington, probation violation in Waldo County May 24, 2023, probation continued and no sentence imposed.
Trey Harford, 34, of Swanville, operating under the influence in Swanville Sept. 14, 2024, dismissed; two counts of unlawful possession of a scheduled drug in Swanville Sept. 14, 2024, 45 days in jail and $400 fine for each count; driving to endanger in Belfast Sept. 14, 2024, 45 days in jail, license suspended for 30 days, and $575 fine.
Eugene W. Woodard II, 46, violating a protective order in Winterport April 22, 2025, dismissed.
Ronald Praskiewicz, 72, of Spencer, Massachusetts, indecent conduct in Stockton Springs Aug. 12, 2025, dismissed.
Gilbert Matos, 44, of Belfast, two counts of operating a vehicle without a license in Belmont Oct. 19, 2025, and in Belfast Nov. 16, both dismissed; failing to register a vehicle within 30 days in Belfast Nov. 16, $100 fine.
Michael J. Goulart, 42, of Belfast, unlawful possession of methamphetamine in Waldo County Jan. 23, $400 fine.
Rowan Locke, 19, of Brooks, violating a condition of release in Belfast March 27, 145 days in jail; arson in Belfast March 27, dismissed; two counts of aggravated criminal mischief in Belfast March 27, both dismissed; failure to control or report a dangerous fire in Belfast March 27, 364 days in jail with all but 145 days suspended and one year of probation.
David A. Duff, 63, of Dixmont, operating while license suspended or revoked in Troy Feb. 18, dismissed; operating a vehicle without a license in Troy Feb. 18, dismissed.
Jared A. McLaughlin, 25, of Vassalboro, operating under the influence in Unity April 11, license suspended for 150 days and $700 fine.
Joan Willoe, 73, of Northport, failing to make an oral or written accident report in Belfast Feb. 22, $75 fine; driving to endanger in Belfast Feb. 22, dismissed.
Shawn Perito, 32, of Belfast, tampering with a witness, informant, juror, or victim in Belfast May 2, dismissed; domestic violence assault in Belfast May 2, 30 months in prison; refusing to submit to arrest or detention with physical force in Belfast May 2, 364 days in prison; refusing to submit to arrest or detention (refusal to stop) in Belfast May 2, six months in jail
Alektra A. Lovely, 19, of Rumford, domestic violence assault in Swanville May 30, dismissed; disorderly conduct (fighting) in Swanville May 30, $350 fine.
Sarah B.J. Chase, 29, of Burnham, theft by use of property in Searsport June 22, $250 fine.
Kimberly E. Bouchard, 61, of Waterville, operating under the influence in Prospect July 2, dismissed; violating a condition of release in Prospect July 2, dismissed.
Jeremy Cunningham, 40, of Montville, criminal trespass in Knox Nov. 13, $200 fine.
Peter W. McLaughlin, 63, of Lincolnville, theft by unauthorized taking or transfer in Belfast June 8, $500 fine and $21 restitution.
Megan Pearl, 33, of Madison, attaching false plates in Frankfort May 22, $1,000 fine; operating after registration suspended in Frankfort May 22, $1,000 fine; driving to endanger in Frankfort May 22, license suspended for 30 days and $1,000 fine.
Gage Wells, 32, of Lincolnville, violating a condition of release in Freedom Oct. 3, dismissed.
Adam J. Littlefield, 41, of Prospect, two counts of theft by unauthorized taking or transfer in Belfast May 5, and May 10, $300 fine and $67 restitution for count one, $300 fine for count two.
Aiden Gibson, 18, of Belfast, failing to notify of a motor vehicle accident in Belfast June 9, $150 fine; operating a vehicle without a license in Belfast June 9, $150 fine.
Dylan A. Brown, 34, of Madison, attaching false plates in Frankfort May 22, $100 fine.
Michael Littlefield, 41, of Swanville, theft by unauthorized taking or transfer in Belfast June 9, $500 fine and $102 restitution.
Charlie C. Warren, 20, of Cornville, operating a vehicle with expired temporary registration in Liberty June 27, $100 fine.
Samuel A. Jacobs, 18, of Medway, fishing without a valid license in Searsmont June 15, $100 fine.
