What a gorgeous day for Rockland Rotary and the City of Rockland’s partnership in hosting the Community Picnic at the MacDougal Park.
There was a special ribbon cutting ceremony commemorating the grand opening of the completion of the walkway around the park.
Rockland Rotary provided grilled hotdogs, chips, and lemonade free to the public. The children had fun playing giant Jengo, Bean Bag Toss, Nerf dart game, and flying kites. This fabulous day ended with Tug-of-War between members of Rockland Rotary and the City Rockland employees. A big “thank you” goes out to all of the volunteers who made this day a huge success.
