Megunticook Watershed Association appoints Executive Director, Lake Warden
The Megunticook Watershed Association announces the appointment of Tim Trumbauer as the Association's new executive director and lake warden. Trumbauer's experience includes nearly twenty years of experience in the private and nonprofit sectors, in varying capacities as a staff member, board member, and volunteer, primarily with a focus on water quality.
Prior to joining the Megunticook Watershed Association, he served as the director of Water Conservation and Communications for Maine's Midcoast Conservancy. Trumbauer's experience also includes work with ShoreRivers on Maryland's Eastern Shore, as the Chester Riverkeeper and the Watershed Manager.
The Megunticook Watershed Association's mission is to protect, preserve, and restore the natural resources of the watershed to ensure a healthy ecosystem for the benefit and enjoyment of all.
