We would like to encourage Rockport voters to support Geoff Parker for Select Board. During his 40 years in Rockport, he has served on the Zoning Board, Comprehensive Plan, School Board and as Selectman, (as well as a liaison to various sub-committees including the Harbor Committee), so he adds a valuable voice and deep understanding of the long-term perspectives, vision, and planning for all of Rockport. As a trained interviewer and listener by profession, Geoff brings no preconceived agenda to the table and his technical coverage of our town meetings is second to none. He is smart and skilled at getting to the heart of town issues in an open and respectful manner and has been largely responsible for keeping the inner workings of our town transparent, accessible to all, and well-articulated, so that voters can make informed decisions.
