Construction begins at Northern Light Health’s Blue Hill campus
BLUE HILL — Work has begun at 57 Water Street in Blue Hill. Construction started late last month as crews prepare for the hospital modernization project with expected completion in 2023, according to Northern Light Health, in a news release .
During construction, starting on April 11, the hospital and the Sussman Health Center will be accessible from Parker Point Road. While the Water Street entrance to the campus will be blocked to vehicular traffic, access to the Town Park via Water Street and the water-side pedestrian sidewalk will remain open and functional.
The hospital is still raising money for the Next Century of Care: Keeping Our Promise campaign. To find out more about making a philanthropic commitment to invest in local healthcare for the next century and beyond, call Ruth Calas at 374.3411 or visit northernlight.org/BlueHillPromise.
