AUGUSTA — Rep. Vicki Doudera, D-Camden, House Speaker Rachel Talbot Ross, D-Portland, and fellow lawmakers welcomed Anna Carpenter of Camden and her parents, Judith Carpenter and Jack Carpenter, to the State House Thursday, April 6, 2023. Carpenter was awarded the 2023 Legislative Memorial Scholarship for Knox County.
Helping to celebrate the award were Rep. Morgan Rielly, D-Westbrook, and Rep. Kathy Javner, R-Chester, who serve as the co-chairs of the Legislative Memorial Scholarship Association.
